A KID’S THOUGHT

What do our smallest patient say?

Pediatrics is like having a superhero doctor just for kids! They are kind, patient, and really understand what we’re going through. I like how they have special tools and toys in their offices to make us feel better and not scared. Whenever I’m sick or feeling bad, I know I can trust my pediatrician to help me feel better.

I also like that they explain things in a way that I can understand. They don’t use big, scary words, and they always talk to me, not just to my parents. It makes me feel important and like I have a say in my own health.

Sometimes, going to the doctor can be a little scary, especially if I have to get a shot or take medicine that doesn’t taste good. But my pediatrician always makes it better by being gentle and giving me stickers or a high-five afterward.

I think pediatricians are the best because they take care of kids and help us grow up healthy and strong. They are like our health superheroes, and I’m glad they are there to help us when we need them!
